Toronto, ON Canada: Royal LePage is pleased to welcome Terry Szwec to the Royal LePage® team. This new addition reflects the growth and success Royal LePage® has experienced in their impressive brand and sales dominance in Canada and in local markets.

Former Managing Director at Korn/Ferry International, Terry Szwec joins Royal LePage® within the Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd. Brokerage as a Sales Representative, West Toronto, Sales & Marketing. Terry brings to this role a wealth of experience in product sales, marketing, branding and real estate where he oversaw corporate real estate services at Right Management for over 15 years as the Executive Vice-President of Canadian Operations.

At Control Data Corporation here in Toronto, he was responsible for corporate facilities, planning and plant operations. He has demonstrated experience in negotiations, scoping out properties on both the seller and buyer side and a results-oriented presentation style.

Mr. Szwec is a long time west Toronto resident where he raised his family, designed and built several homes and is intimately familiar with the renovation and resale marketplace.

Terry is an active member on a two boards, active in the community in both national and local fund raising initiatives and is currently a resident at Palace Pier Condominiums. Terry was a long time member of the Human Resources Professional Association where he led the Board Nominating Committee and is currently a Director of a Human Resources organization.
